Policy on Return  

OUR RETURN POLICY  

We take care of returns on a case-by-case basis with the end goal of ensuring that each of our customers is completely satisfied. We are confident in the quality of our products and services and work hard to ensure that our clients are happy with them. Our policy is to treat consumers in a reasonable and fair manner at all times, and we will always do everything in our power to satisfy their needs. Since the beginning, our company has held the firm belief that if we treat our consumers with respect, they would, in turn, treat us with respect. When processing refunds, we use the same form of payment that the original purchase was made with. In the event that we decide to issue a refund but do not have a record of the previous transaction, we shall request some form of personal identification from the customer before issuing a refund at the then-current price.  

Maintain vigilance with regard to tracking and updating. When we have received your returned item, we will notify you through email. The vast majority of refunds are processed within a few days, but it may take anywhere from five to seven days for the money to show up in your account.

Items may not be worn, used, or washed in any way. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with all tags still attached. Personalized items will not be accepted for returns unless either the text or the item itself is incorrect. Due to hygiene concerns, items such as underwear, swimwear (unless the hygiene sticker is still attached), and jewelry that has been pierced cannot be returned. Items that have a short shelf life or expire quickly, magazines, items that are hermetically sealed for reasons of hygiene, computer games whose seal has been broken, and any items that have been inseparably mixed after delivery are not eligible for return.  

We are aware that there is a possibility that some Cinitech Solutions Private Limited clients will not be happy with the products they buy. As a result of this, our return policy is quite accommodating. Within the first 48 hours after receiving their purchase, a customer may submit a return request. The item that is being returned must be in its original condition, without any signs of damage or wear and tear. It is crucial to keep the integrity of all of the tags, packets, and invoices in order to increase the likelihood of a successful return. In the event that any of these components is missing, the return request might not be able to be processed.  

Within the first 48 hours after receiving their order, customers must send an email to cinitechsolutionprivatelimited@gmail.com to initiate a return. Once we have received the request to return the item, we will send along details on how to proceed. We make every effort to process all returns as rapidly as we possibly can so that you can have your refund as soon as possible. After returning the item, you should have the chance to check your email for a confirmation message within a week, but it may take longer in some cases. If you are eligible for a refund, it will be applied to the same mode of payment that you used when you originally placed the order.  

If all or part of the purchase price for your order was made using a gift card, the refund will be provided in the form of a gift card or an e-voucher, and the amount will be equal to the value of the gift card that was used. When this point is reached, any outstanding debt will have any remaining monies refunded onto the other payment methods that were used.  

Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your return after which you will be issued a refund, despite the fact that we make every effort to handle all returns as promptly as possible. After this has been completed, a confirmation email should be sent to you. As a result of this, it could take an additional seven days for the money to be returned to the mode of payment you originally used because this is dependent on the procedures that the banks follow.

REFUND POLICY  

We want each and every one of our customers to be totally content with the items they've purchased from us. Nevertheless, we have a straightforward refund policy in place in the event that you are unhappy with the goods for any reason.
