CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement or before shipment begins, depending on which happens first.
To initiate a cancellation, please reach out to our customer support team via email.
If the request qualifies, the total payment will be returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. However, customers may request a return after delivery, following the guidelines stated in our Return and Refund Policy.
Currently, updates to products or delivery addresses are not supported after order confirmation. If eligible, customers can cancel the existing order and place a fresh one with accurate details.
